If you insure your parcel and it is lost, we will help you with the reclamation. If you chose NOT to insure your parcel and it is lost or damaged, we will also try to help you with a reclamation to see if the shipping company will cover something, but we will not be liable for replacing or refunding parcels that the client has chosen not to insure.
We send all packages via courier or CERTIFIED parcels. We send the tracking number to the client and that is where our responsibility ends. If you want to insure your package, add a note to your order and we will tell you the cost.
1) We can not know exactly how many days it will take to receive a certified package sent via the Post Office of Spain. It depends on the work they have and the place it is shipped to. That's why we say in the note where you choose the method of transport 'certified post 3 - 5 business days, although we have seen in some occasions deliveries in 1 -2 days.
You will have the tracking number of your order with which you can track at www.correos.es or on your client account on our website that will direct you to the website of the post office.
2) If you are urgent to receive your package choose as transport method 'Seur'. Seur delivers your order in 24 business hours from the moment it is shipped, to shipping addresses in spanish mainland and 48 - 72 Balearic islands. Remember that if you are not at home when they try to deliver, you have to contact Seur. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to customer absence.
GEL DE JAGUA - Shipping.
We send Jagua gel via Seur from Monday to Thursday. We do not send Jagua on Friday in summer because it would be all weekend in a warehouse with high temperatures - something that degrades the quality of the product.
We recommend Seur instead of emails for shipments of jagua for its speed in delivery.
RETURNS: In case you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days after receiving the order provided that everything is unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition to be sold again.
If something arrives broken, which is very rare because we pack everything very carefully, you must send a photo of us the same day the package arrives.
A photo as you opened the package with your box or envelope. Send us the photo the same day you received it or by email to email@example.com or by WhatsApp to tel: + 34-653163176 and we'll replace it.
Keep an eye on the post page and follow up on your package. This is important because we have had some cases of packages returned because the client has not followed up tracking, not been at home or gone looking for it at the post office.
We try to track the packages also and warn you if we see that the order is 'in the process of delivery' several days, but sometimes we can not locate the customer.
If a package has to be sent again for the second time, the customer has to pay for shipping costs again so please try to track your parcel.
WITHIN SPANISH TERRITORY (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) Portugal also takes the same time as Spain. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE FREE FOR ORDERS OVER € 90. We decide the courrier and normally use Seur24h or the post office express 24h.
EUROPE: FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 130 € Most countries like france,Italy etc take 48 - 72 hours for delivery although some countries farther away like Norway can take 5 - 6 days.
